Production Meeting - July 26

In attendance: Frank, Waverly, Kim, Patty, Charlie, Bea, Cori, Rachel

Here are our notes from the July 26th Production Meeting.

Stage Design

• Rounded lip? it looks fine.

• 2 platforms

• Red curtains with gold accents?

• Saloon doors?

• Other stage needs as we start rehearsal?

  • whiskey barrels, jail cells with stands, stick ponies, check with Brent about saddles and maybe sawhorses to mount them on.

Next Priorities

• Plan for decorations in the audience

  • we could make hay bales from cardboard boxes. Patty's horse is available.

• Mentorship partners/openings

• one more jail cell wall, 12? hay bales, 4 barrels (2 totally apart, 2 hinge split), 4 stick ponies that aren't really stick ponies (they can't have stuffed heads)

• tech form. Frank will send it out NOW and we will fill in as we get info. we will aim for August 16th as a deadline to have it all filled out.

Costuming

Budget. Using what we have. 21 total performers. Shoes.

Patty bought 17 hats. We can reuse stuff. We will fill out the costume document and then meet to go through stuff and see what we can use from what we have.

Rehearsals

Schedule. Warm ups. Using the time to the best of your ability. Meeting the performers where they are.

Tech Form: https://forms.gle/Unu4FRCJyK5kmtVN7 (DUE AUGUST 16TH) Frank has 8 down lights that magnet to the ceiling. Back lighting the saloon doors? 4 needed for the platforms.

August 2nd - 11am-4pm Commercial/Photo Shoot.

August 16th - Tech forms due
