Production Meeting - July 5

In attendance: Frank, Waverly, Kim, Patty, Charlie, Bea, Cori, Rachel, Kristen

Here are our notes from the July 5th Production Meeting.

Stage Design

• Add a rounded lip to the front of the stage. Charlie has a drawing. NO he doesn't. But Frank does. 3 feet of added stage.

• Adding 2 platforms, same height as the stage. back side of the front pillars. We will bring the old coffins to see if they would work well for us for platforms.

• Red curtains with gold accents?

• Saloon doors? maybe just as a set piece, but not as the only entrance. Ok maybe we see if we can make a set of doors and see what that timeline is and what that's gonna look like.

Next Priorities

• Plan for decorations in the audience

  • we could make hay bales from cardboard boxes. Patty's horse is available.

• Choreography Time sign ups. (https://calendar.app.google/hRqaYPLgaXkFehyB8)

• Host roles. Kellie and Dave.

• Mentorship partners/openings

• one more jail cell wall, 12? hay bales, 4 barrels (2 totally apart, 2 hinge split), 4 stick ponies that aren't really stick ponies (they can't have stuffed heads)

• tech form. Frank will send it out NOW and we will fill in as we get info. we will aim for August 16th as a deadline to have it all filled out.

Audition Plan

Conflicts? How shall we address them?

• we will ask each person as they check in what their availability is and let them know Wednesday is our expected mandatory rehearsal day. (there are 9 mandatory Wednesday rehearsals) Be sure to confirm ALL mandatory rehearsal.
