Production Meeting - June 18

Here are our notes from the June 18th Production Meeting.

Stage Design

• Add a rounded lip to the front of the stage. Charlie has a drawing. 3 feet of added stage.

• Adding 2 platforms, same height as the stage. back side of the front pillars.

• Red curtains with gold accents?

• Saloon doors? maybe just as a set piece, but not as the only entrance.

Next Priorities

• Plan for decorations in the audience

• Find more men.

• Host roles. Kellie and Dave?
